Make the Best Move of Your Life
Welcome to JewelKreider.com. If you’re contemplating selling your home, or buying your next home, get in touch. I may be able to provide you with the information you need in order to make an informed decision. That’s what it’s all about, isn’t it? Some of my clients have needed to sell their homes quickly, while benefiting as much as possible at closing. Others are looking for investment properties, vacation homes, or homes for their children. Every client is in a different situation, but you all have something in common. You want to benefit as much as you can, whether you’re buying or selling.
According to some economists, we’re 5 years into a 10-15 year real estate bear market. Real estate has always trended to bubble bursts. The Realtors with the experience to help their clients succeed despite the obstacles, were the most successful. You want a successful Realtor on your side. The previous housing bubble of the late 80′s, early 90′s, began recovery about 6 years into the downtrend, but we’re in a different situation this time around. There are still mortgage banking issues out there, along with a difficult employment market, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t opportunities. If you need to sell your home quickly, there are buyers out there, but you need help finding them. It just takes a smart and savvy Realtor who can exploit her knowledge and experience for your benefit.
These days, when I meet new clients for the first time, I often hear “I wish I could sell my home” or, “I hope I’m not buying too high”. These are justified fears. While there are no guarantees, I draw on my experience and persistent nature to help allay those fears.
I have the tools, the network and the resources to help you sell or buy a home, even in these economic times. Yes, it’s more challenging now than it was when the housing market was booming, but this is how you find a Realtor of the caliber you expect. An experienced and savvy Realtor succeeds regardless of the obstacles by doing one simple thing; taking care of our clients. It’s that simple.
